This Privacy Policy is posted by GutterSuckers, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "GSI."  This Privacy Policy supersedes all prior Policies and describes how GSI obtains and retains personally identifiable information.  GSI reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. You may access this Web site without providing any personally identifiable information.  Should you wish to have a sales representative contact you, you may be asked at that time to provide sufficient contact information to allow us to do that, including your full name, city, province/state and country of your residence, along with the contact information you choose to provide.  Should you choose, you may also provide details concerning any inquiry you may wish to make, which inquiry would constitute personally identifiable information of your choosing.

Any personal information we collect from you will be with your consent.  However, you should know that web browser software will usually "tell" almost any web server and therefore any web site, not just ours, certain information about you, including your IP address and email address and other technical information which does not necessarily make you personally identifiable without further information.

We ask for no more information than we need for the purposes of allowing a GSI dealer, or GSI sales representative, or GSI affiliate to contact you.  We will not disclose your information to any third party other than to the aforementioned persons or entities.  Any information you provide will be provided to such dealer, sales representative or affiliate and, while dealers and affiliates are expected to adhere to GSI's privacy policies, GSI dealers or affiliates may be independent third parties and not under the control of GSI.

We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties other than as stated above or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law.  We do reserve the right to disclose general and statistical information which is not personally identifiable as part of our business and marketing activities.

We strive to keep your information accurate, complete, and fully up to date.  Any changes you provide to us will be incorporated into our systems as soon as we can reasonably do so.  You may submit any changes by emailing us and notifying us of those changes at Services@GutterSuckers.com. Your information will be forwarded to a GSI dealer, or GSI sales representative, or GSI affiliate in order to contact you and will be kept as secure as each such person or entity’s internet service provider has chosen to secure.

Retention of your information is subject to the following:  In the event that a dealer, sales representative or affiliate has contacted you and a subsequent relationship results between you and GSI and its dealer or affiliate, your information will most probably be moved to a permanent database used for GSI customers and/or GSI affiliates.  In the event no such relationship is established, your information may still be retained indefinitely.

This Privacy Policy is prominently posted on our Web site.  We do reserve the right to make changes to this policy from time to time, without notice, but this will not affect our good faith intentions with you to follow the Privacy Policy in place at the time you provided us with your information. In order to keep your information safe, we do not allow access to the information we have concerning you unless and until we are certain that we are responding to you and not some other person.  Therefore, for security purposes, any response to an inquiry from you concerning your information will be sent only to the email or other contact name and address you gave to us when you provided us with your information.  We will not respond to inquiries to provide information to any other email address or other location.
